Countries without Coca-Cola 2022

Do you ever wonder whether there are nations where Coca-Cola is not available? Sure, we get it; it is a terrifying thought. There are, surprisingly, two nations where you can not buy coca-cola or find it anywhere.

The Coca-Cola Embargo

Sadly, Cuba and North Korea are the only two nations in the world without access to coca-cola or coca-cola products. Long-term trade embargoes & sanctions against these nations are to blame for their current deplorable state of affairs.

In addition, it has been a long time since the people of these two nations could enjoy the satisfying crack of an ice-cold Coca-Cola bottle. Since 1962, Cuba has been subjected to an embargo, a world without coca-cola.

Life Without Coca-Cola

Those in North Korea have been waiting much longer than that. Since the embargo on North Korea was established in 1950, the goods have not entered North Korea in almost 70 years.

Perhaps some Coca-Cola sneaks into Cuba and North Korea, but it is hard to see a world where it is necessary. The fact that the Coca-Cola firm can function just fine without the support of any of these nations is equally relevant.

Coca-Cola, for example, earned more than $38 billion in sales last year. That is why the Coca-Cola firm is the one that can afford to lose a consumer, or perhaps a whole country.

Another intriguing aspect of Coca-Cola is that the United States is not the company’s primary market for soft drinks.

In that case, Mexico to the south would take the cake, followed by its northern neighbors to the north (the United States, Brazil, and Canada). Regardless, Coca-Cola is thriving and will continue to do so even if it loses North Korean and Cuban clients for the next century.

Coca-Cola for Almost Everyone

Most of us would have difficulty adjusting to a world without a product we use daily, such as Coca-Cola. For Cuba and North Korea, however, this is the case. The citizens of these two countries need to see what it is like to share a coke and a laugh, and maybe one day, the embargoes will be removed.

For the time being, we will only be grateful that we have not been sentenced to suffer deprivation or suffering. The rest are bottoms up; sorry, North Korea and Cuba.
