He earned his law degree from the University of Havana in 1917. between Cuba’s premier betwee January 24, 1955, and March 26, 1957, he added, he served the nation as a senator, representative, and minister of education.

Castro, Fidel

Born on August 13, 1926, in Biran, Oriental, Fidel Castro attended the University of Havana to study law. From February 16, 1959, to December 2, 1976, he was the sixteenth prime minister of Cuba and a political activist.

He also spearheaded the Cuban revolution in opposition to President Fulgencio Batista’s autocratic rule. He served as Cuba’s first president of the council of ministers from December 2, 1976, to February 24, 2008, when his brother Raul Castro took over.
