Brazil

In Brazil, 41% of people have cryptocurrencies. In light of the decline in the value of their currency relative to the U.S. dollar, 45 percent of the population has indicated that they want to invest in cryptocurrency.

67% of Brazilians have some kind of cryptocurrency holdings or have considered doing so as the future of money. There has been an increase in the number of Ethereum, Stellar, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, and Chainlink purchases made by residents.

Indonesia

In both countries, around 41% of the population owns some kind of cryptocurrency. These proprietors seem more upbeat than their counterparts in most other countries.

Sixty-one percent think it will be the standard for money in the future. Bitcoin, Ethereum, Polkadot, Cardano, and Dogecoin are just some of the cryptocurrencies that may be bought and sold in Indonesia.

United Arab Emirates (UAE)

In the United Arab Emirates, cryptocurrency is held by 35% of the population. About half of them are just beginning to explore cryptocurrency as an investment opportunity, a phenomenon known as crypto curiosity.

Because cryptocurrencies are not yet recognized as legal cash, they cannot be used for direct transactions such as making purchases or making deposits. Converting currencies is a necessary step before any financial dealings can be performed.

If permitted, the UAE may become more engaged with cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, and USD Coin. Some residents of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have put money into investments with an eye on the country’s future success, and there are websites that cater to the UAE.

Singapore

There is thirty percent of Singaporeans hold cryptocurrency. Bitcoin (44.2%), Ethereum (43.5%), and Solana (23.4%) are the top three most held cryptocurrencies in Singapore. There are also a sizeable number of Dogecoin and Rippie holders (17.5% and 15.7%, respectively).

Although buying and selling cryptocurrency is not illegal, it is not a recognized form of payment. There would be a need for exchanges before they could be used to purchase a vehicle, a home, food, or other necessities.

However, this may alter if the currencies gain popularity, as they have since about 2009.

United States

Two-tenths of one percent of U.S. residents now have bitcoin holdings. About 40% think it is a way to safeguard wealth against currency devaluation caused by inflation.

Rising interest rates, changes in productivity, high unemployment, or any other macroeconomic condition may be to blame. However, one-sixteenth of would-be investors do not consider it a hedge against rising costs.

Compared to other nations, fewer Americans (23% to be exact) believe cryptocurrency will eventually supplant their national money (USD).

United Kingdom (U.K.)

The United Kingdom is home to 18% of all cryptocurrencies. Coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin are all widely used in the U.K. According to CNBC’s Ryan Brown, Paypal has created a cryptocurrency service for usage in the U.K. Those in the know may refer to it as “Bitcoin.”
